Can anyone provide instructions or directions on how to establish SMTP Journaling within Constant Contact that meets the SEC requirements for securities related firms.

SMTP journaling and BCC records aren't something we offer at this time. 

 

There's currently a related thread in our Feedback boards, open for voting and commenting for additional context, related needs, and use cases.

Can you direct me to information concerning v3 API and JOURNALING — An email address that Constant Contact forwards all sent email campaigns to as part of the partner journaling compliance feature.
