Why am I getting an error message when sharing social media.  This has happened this week twice!

Hello @PattiM530,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If you are receiving an error message when trying to post your campaign to social media, follow these steps below to resolve the issue: 

 

  1. Disconnect Social Media Profiles from Social Share
  2. Remove the Social Share App from a Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn Account
  3. Connect Your Social Media Accounts to Social Share
  4. Now you should be all set to schedule your post like normal! Thanks.
