SSL Trouble with Website Builder

I have been going back and forth with website builder support for a week regarding an error 1001 situation with my website, apparently a problem with the SSL certificate. Customer support is not able to provide an estimate on when the issue might be fixed. Wondering if anyone else is having the same experience?

For any issues regarding the Website Builder integration, I'd advise sticking with their support since they have their own separate system for managing and troubleshooting in it.
