STILL NO PROGRESS IN FIXING MY PROBLEMS!

Hello Constant Contact. I was interviewed two weeks ago, and all I get are surveys.  Truly, is anyone working on my issues? I still cannot:

1. Replace picture using my library.  I have to find and upload the photo again and drag/drop.

2. Use spellcheck without all text disappearing.

3, Once a pic is inserted, I cannot access the editing platform to crop, adjust, or add text. 

Is anyone going to work with me?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for the experience you are having. Can you please provide us with some screenshots so we can better understand what you are seeing when you try all of these things? Also, for troubleshooting purposes please switch to a different browser and try everything you mentioned to see if that changes anything. Thank you!
