It's been a while, no one answered to my knowledge so I made a second account which trial is also expired. THIS ONE, email  is the one I wanted help with to restart it-BUT I ONLY NEED THE LOWER UNDER 500 ACCOUNT AND IT'S NOT A CHOICE. I NEED THE LEADS FROM THE SECOND ACCOUNT ONLY WHICH IS UNDER 500. 



Hello @JuliaM097. It looks like we did speak with you a while ago regarding your account and I apologize if there were any miscommunications. I deleted the username from your post but did take a look on our end and you should be able to reactivate the account to reclaim your old username. However, since your account has been canceled for a long period of time, the contacts in it will not be restored if you reactivate as we only guarantee the information to be stored for up to 120 days after cancellation. For further questions on account reactivation and pricing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss your billing specifics here in the Community.
