Safari compatibility

Current login page (https://go.constantcontact.com/processing_login.jsp) has become incompatible with Safari.

Hi @FirstNameL691123. In order to assist you, we need some additional information:

  • What version of Safari are you using? Visit our Knowledge Base to see what version of Safari we support. If you are using an older version, you will need to update your browser in order to use our site or use a different browser version we support.
  • Are you seeing any error messages when logging in? If so, what are they?
  • How are you logging in? It is from our homepage or another link? If so, what is this link?

Safari Version 14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.7)

Here’s what I see, no resolution to an error page:

I just tried again, and it does resolve if I clear my cache each time I attempt log in.
