Salesforce and Constant Contact Integration - Contact Updates

Hi. We have Salesforce and Constant Contact. What software is needed to integrate them so that when we make updates to names and contact information in Salesforce they will automatically update in Constant Contact?

Hello @CADComms ,

Since the contact syncing info is coming from Salesforce, I'd recommend making sure that's the one that's up-to-date initially. Make sure to read through our main article on connecting SF to your Constant Contact account. Please keep in mind that the only versions of SF compatible with our system for this integration are Professional (with Web Services API access), Enterprise, and Unlimited.

If you don't have a compatible version, or the integration is unable to work for your needs, then we'd recommend manually exporting contacts from SF when you need to make any needed mass updates. That exported file can then be uploaded into your CTCT account to add new contacts and mass-update reuploaded contacts' new contact field info.
