It would be very helpful if we could have the salutation Dr. in front of the customer's name when setting up the account.

Hi @TraceyC67. To be more specific, are you talking about adding a prefix under Personal Information through My Account?

If we could personalize with Dear Dr. Anne or Dr. Smith this would be helpful.  Our accounts are mostly doctors and using their first name without their title is not very professional.

You can definitely get this done in your email campaigns, you will just want to upload an updated contact list into the account with the salutations included in the first name column.
