Save Button in Newsletter Not Saving

When I click on save in the newsletter It doesn't save what I have done. This is the save button within the newsletter not the one at the very top where you save all. Its as if the save button is stuck. I have to refresh the page and I lose all info. This has been two weeks and it needs to be fixed.
