I am so very frustrated! I just had a chat and the person offered directions and links for help. THEN, the moment the chat was over, the screen went immediately to a survey. I did not see an option to save my chat or keep it showing on the screen. WHAT HAPPENED!?! How am I supposed to implement the information they shared????? Now, your offices are closed and I am not able to call or chat with someone new. Worst of all, I cannot find an email address.... This is CRAZY!
I need to resolve this issue tonight. Even more frustrating? This issue is a result of a glitch within CC. Some of my poll responses say "unidentified". I did NOT use the weblink, I did not post on Social Media. There were only a handful of households I emailed to invite to click a poll to add to a contact list. Now I do not know the identity of four replies out of only 22. HELP!
The chat was filled with ways I could email the families without having to create a new campaign and could select only those who did not reply to the repeat email.... This stinks!

There are several reasons why a Survey respondent may show as unidentified Current known reasons for unidentified to appear in the reports:
To help prevent unidentified respondents in future surveys, you could add an open ended question asking them to provide their email address.
We also have Lead Generation Landing Pages that send contacts to a specified list when they fill out the form. This option may work as an alternative, or supplement to the Survey Page.
