Saving Changes

I'm working on an email and it seems every time I add something new a notice pops us saying it is unable to save changes.  It reopens and all new data and/or images is gone and I have to start over in the blind hope new material will be saved.  Any ideas? I have powered off but that didn't seem to make any difference.

Hello @LoriM079,

 

I do apologize that you are having this experience. If it continues, try making a copy of the email. If that does not fix it, you will want to design a new email from a brand new template.
