Scheduling Posts

What does this message really mean.  When I chatted I was told that it just meant the post was scheduled for a later time.  I think that is wrong info.

There's a number of things that may be causing issues due to Facebook's stringent API permissions. For our troubleshooting purposes, is this affecting your Social Share functions, or is it also affecting your ability to make posts via the Social tab in the navigation bar? Is it affecting multiple social media platforms, or just Facebook? Is it affecting multiple Facebook accounts or just one?


Additionally, we've sometimes seen this error resolved by:

  1. Disconnecting your Facebook business page from your CTCT account
  2. Removing our app from your business page's permissions
  3. Reconnecting your Facebook business page to your CTCT account
