Scheduling a Marketing Advisor Meeting

I started a blog back in November. The company that helped me with that told me to create an account with you guys. I pay you guys monthly & I don't know what that service entails. I was told at one time I could speak to someone who would for 30 minutes twice a month to help me. Bottom line is I did nothing with my blog or account since November & now I want to, but I no clue what I'm doing! Please help!
