Screens turning black

Having a problem with some of inserted "grey" segments turning black as soon as I change the text colour to black on other segments.  Used to be able to fix this by going to the side and changing the overall colour back to white but now I don't even see that option anymore.  Please help.

Hi @WillD403 , 

 

I do certainly apologize that you are running into that issue! That is a known defect within the system - I will make sure to flag it on your account and have our engineering team reach back out with any updates or fixes we have on it. For now, the best workaround for that issue is to save the email, exit, and reenter the email. That should resolve it temporarily.
