Search feature not optimal

Hello,

I have several issues with the search feature:

1.  Typing into the search bar extremely slow - this is across several browsers.

2.  Search doesn't find partial keywords in the name of the campaign (i.e. can not find bethany but can find bethanysnf).  This is frustrating as I can not remember the names of the 1000s of campaigns we have done.

3.  When I do get search returns they are in some date modified format which I have no idea of what that is-I would like to sort by date created which is not allowed.

we send out anywhere from 50 to 100 campaigns daily and advice on how I can better search or fixing these features would be extremely helpful.

Mike

Hi @MikeE845 ,

I certainly understanding needing the search function to be able to pick up partial keywords. We do have an open feature request for this, and I would be happy to track it on your account and have our engineering team reach back out to you with any updates we have on it. You should be able to sort by the date created when sorting campaigns - this can be done by clicking on the Last Modified dropdown and choosing Date Created.

As far as the slowness when searching, it sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.

If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.

Hi Amanda - Thank you for your response - when you search for a campaign you can not sort the search results by date unless I am missing something.  There is an open request for this which I upvoted.  We do not have connectivity issues (I am the CIO for our company and we have 1GB internet access).  When I type into the search box the letters show up slowly (i.e. I just typed this is a test and it took 6 seconds for the letters to show up after I finished typing) - this happens in both Edge and Chrome.

A few additional comments/questions - when i choose to sort campaigns by date created the setting sometimes sticks and sometime reverts back to date modified which is frustrating and if I was working from page 3 of the campaigns once I went back to campaigns it took me pack to that page and now it takes me back to page 1 which is also a frustration since I send out so many campaigns.

Hi @MikeE845 ,

I understand. You are correct, at this time the Date Created and Search by Keyword cannot be used in conjunction, but I will certainly pass along your feedback for that as well as the rest of the feedback provided in this post.

As for the slowness, I am unable to replicate that within your account. That might be something that you'd want to call our support team for so that they can troubleshoot with you on a live, 1:1 basis.
