Hey, CC Community,
Is there a way I can see which email recipients opened an email? I see the open rate, which is helpful, but my boss would like to see which specific recipients opened an email in a campaign so that she can reach out to them personally. Is this possible?
Thanks,
Gina

Hi @GinaE136
That’s a great question! You are correct, our system does show your open rate as a percentage on the Email Details page and on the Reporting tab. But the good news is our Open Rate will allow you to see the specific contacts that have opened your email. Clicking this hyperlinked number will open to the full list of contacts.
You can also export these contacts to keep as a file report on your computer.

Thanks, Frankie! I also learned that I can select a name on a mailing list and see which emails they opened in the Engagement area. Constant Contact rocks!
Hi @GinaE136
That's right! Your contact's details page is a great place to see the engagement of a specific contact.
Hi! This is info is really helpful, thanks for posting. I have a similar question; is there a way to create a list of all my contacts with the highest open rates? Thank you, Lillian
That's a great question! The good news is you can find contacts who opened the most emails through our segmentation tool.
In your case we would suggest selecting “Opened” instead instead of clicked.
