Segments not showing contacts

I have a bunch of segment queries and even though I refresh contacts and it says I have 13 (for example) people who meet the criteria, when I click on the segment it lists no actual names. It previously would show me the names of contacts that met the criteria. I have tried deleting the segment and re-creating it with a different name but the same criteria and the same thing happens. However, if I choose the option to add the people (that I can't see) to a newly created list, it will allow me to see the names when I go into lists.

Why won't it allow me to see who is in the segment without putting them in a list?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To make any changes to this segment you do have to first put them into a list. To just see who is there by seeing the names, please follow the steps listed here. Thanks!
