Selecting tags for a recipient list - in Firefox

While using Firefox 78.7.1esr (64-bit) – has anyone else had a problem with the tag window under "select recipients" not opening up completely when trying to select recipients for an email?

 

I am only seeing one line and can't get it to scroll down or anything? 

(see image below)
