The number that is for USA and Canada is out of service, I tried calling: 866-433-8499. This is the delivery team number.
That number is working on the different call devices I'm testing on, make sure you're typing it in right, or that your cell device is correctly loading up the phone link. If you're calling from outside the US and CAN, try checking the country code being entered for the call.
