Send a test version of your email

It's not letting me send a test message. I'm getting this error message in a red box... "An error occurred attempting to send. Please try sending again." Can someone help?

Hello @KimK87696 ,

 

Are you still having issues sending? I was able to send a test version of several of your emails without any issue just now. If you're using an account other than what this Community profile is linked to, make sure that other account doesn't have a negative balance or is in suspension.
