Send button disappeared

After six months of using constant contact with the organization I work for, and sending out numerous emails, the send button does not appear. In fact, the blue menu bar is larger and extends down, covering up where would usually be located. Please advise.

I'd advise zooming out on your screen (CTRL - or CTRL 0 on PC | CMD - or CMD 0 on Mac), as this only typically occurs when your browsers tries to force as much of the upper toolbar's text to appear as it can, but is dealing with massively blown up text. Otherwise, you may want to check that this isn't happening on other browsers or in incognito/private mode, or check if disabling browser extensions resolves the issue.
