Send button greyed out

Send button greyed out

I am currently running a free trial for my client. We have 100 contacts exactly which is what I've read we are allowed to send to using the free trial. However, even with all the boxes filled in, the send button is still greyed out. Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

It appears you've hit your cap for trial email sendouts, as indicated by this banner on the email's scheduling page: Screenshot 2020-11-12 082348.jpg

 

You'll need to upgrade to a paid account to have unlimited sends. Click here for more info on trials.
