This is a simple thing (or should be) but I can't figure out how to change the from email on our first campaign. The system keeps using the email for the master account. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you don't update the email address in the campaign you're copying from, it will keep retaining that info into the copies. Make the edits, then copy from the template after making those edits. Additionally, make sure the address you're trying to utilize is verified on your account.
