Some of our recipients with Hotmail addresses are reporting the emails they are getting are empty messages.
It seems like Constant Contact needs to address this based on the threads I've read? Is that accurate?
Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Could you please respond to the automated @ mention email you receive with some of the following details:
The entire email is blank - the "view in browser" link isn't showing up. It's just a blank white email.
All of these emails are custom coded, with graphics.
Hotmail addresses are mostly the ones ones having empty emails sent to them, but we did get a report from another exception, that is a private email address.
The images are working fine for everyone else.
Hotmail addresses for these campaigns have had reported issues:
Tented and Heated Patio Dining Open at Daniel's Broiler-Leschi
All the "Delivery / Takeout" ones
They could see the "Apple Cup" Emailer though.
Thank you for replying with that info, @KarmaW . I reached out to our higher level technical team, and they're going to take the case to investigate the issue in greater detail. They should be reaching out to your account's primary email address within the next four business days with an update regarding their investigation and/or for additional information collection.
Hi - we haven't heard back about this issue & it continues to happen? Can you give me an update or a person to contact? We've had a couple non-hotmail messages show up empty as well that was an Outlook email address.

Our Tier 2 sent an email to you regarding an update to the issue. The email would've come from an @constantcontact.com domain on December 7th, 2020. Please refer to that email for where the issues were occurring within the custom code templates. If you need us to resend that email update, please let us know.
We don't have / can't locate that December 7th email - can it be re-sent?

I have re-sent the email again to the address you provided. At this point, if you're still not receiving our emails, especially if they're from our support teams, you should really speak with your IT people to make sure your security setups aren't blocking our domains.
