Is the time delay from the Original Trigger Date or from when the last email is sent?

Hello @YvonneM814 ,

The delay will be based on the trigger, not the sendout. So an initial step in an automation with a delay of 4 days means that it will sendout 4 days after the trigger requirement is met. Each subsequent step will send with their respective delays based on when the previous step sent.
