The only way to get help is to call, chat, or tweet? What happened to email? And why oh why aren't there tools available to block the B.S. sign ups for our web site? 99.99% of them are CLEARLY bogus.

Hi @SusanS1485,

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry we're not available by email but we do have phone, chat, and customer support via social media, and also within our online Help Center. And we're glad you found us here too!

We do apologize for the fraudulent sign-ups you're experiencing. Please know that when email addresses are automatically added to your account, we check to see if they’re suspicious. Any email address suspected as being fake is placed directly into the Temporary Hold - Do Not Email status. In addition, we offer different ways to prevent fake sign-ups depending upon the sign-up form you're utilizing. Consequently you'll want to keep an eye out for any unexpected behavior which it sounds as though you're already doing! Please do let us know if you need further help identifying or removing these false emails from your contact list as we're here to help.
