I would like to send out a Zoom invite through constant contact and would like the recipients to directly add it to their respective calendars.

You will be able to set a time zone from within this event tool. The "Add to my calendar" link appears in the event information box in multiple places throughout your Event pages:Add an Event to a personal Calendar
