Setting a time zone

Hi, 

I would like to send out a Zoom invite through constant contact and would like the recipients to directly add it to their respective calendars.

1) Could you run me through how to do it?

2) I would also like to set the time zone for the time of the meeting so that it's added to the recipients' calendars appropriately.

Edit an Event

You will be able to set a time zone from within this event tool. The "Add to my calendar" link appears in the event information box in multiple places throughout your Event pages:Add an Event to a personal Calendar
