Hi @OldTowneA I know that @Clique_Marketing already gave you the number for Customer Support but I also wanted to help answer your additional questions. Just make sure to first select the contacts you want to Export or Manage and then those buttons become available to click on. Next, you can personalize your email campaign by following the steps to add a first name greeting. As far as merging email lists, you'll first need to go into the Email Lists view to select any lists you want to merge together and click Merge.
