Hello @Marisa_M ,
Just to confirm, which version of Outlook are you using for the calendar? If you're using 2013 or 2016, are your Send/Receive settings set up for regular syncs every hour or day or some other time frame?
Hi William,
Thanks for the response. I checked my Send/Receive settings and this "Internet Calendar" is included and it says it will sync every 30 minutes. However, even if I do a manual Send/Receive, I still don't see any updates.
I have the Office 365 subscription so I should always have the newest version of Outlook installed as it is set to update automatically. Here is the version info:
Here are my Send/Receive settings:
This "Internet Calendar" IS included in the above Send/Receive "group":
I just went into my CC account and scheduled a test email for Thursday at 12PM and it's still not showing up in my Outlook calendar even though I've manually done a "Send/Receive All folders" several times...
Thanks in advance for your help!
Thank you very much for all that info and the screencaps. Our higher level technical team wants to do a deeper investigation of the issue, so they've taken over the case and will follow up within the next four business days via email for an update.
Thanks William. Here's another screenshot for you... Now I'm getting an error when I try to sync. This is my only "Internet Calendar" so I know it's referencing the CC Calendar:
EDITED TO ADD:
I had a pending Windows update and apparently once I installed it and restarted, that error went away. BUT NOW, I'm getting all of these errors, even though it does appear that the calendar has finally updated. (Looks like you're missing a piece of code in the connection):
Thank you, I've added this information to the case.
Thank you. And, it's back to not syncing again
