Sharing on social

Do any of you get annoyed like I do as the sharing on social button never works? Nor does calling support? Sad

Hello @JeffF537 ,

 

Here are the hours of operation and phone lines for support. Is there a particular number you're unable to contact?

 

Regarding social share, can you elaborate at all on what isn't working? Are you receiving any error messages you can screencap for us, or are you being improperly / not redirected at all when you click on Social Share from an email's reporting page?

Here is the screen shot I get EVERY TIME. I have called for support and been told the image file size is too small but I get error even using the default "newsletter" image. Since I've tried calling, and my office manager also called I guess since I am also CEO I am sharif that it dissent work and I only have limited time. Really this is an unknown but and nobody has trouble sharing on social? DO any of the competitors do this better?

I have done that at least 10 times. Thus my frustration. IS this an unknown bug.

Can you try disconnecting and removing the app then reconnecting? Thank you!

I accepted solution in error as I am new to this system. I can try that as soon as I retrieve password from my office so I can log back in. But I am not hopeful as I have same issue on iPad. Am I the only one with this problem?

We have received some reports of this happening and disconnecting the app from social media and also on the account has shown success.
