Sign Up Form Not Working for Mobile Users

Our sign-up form comes up on our website just fine for everybody, but it won't let mobile users submit their info. You can do it just fine from a desktop, but if you visit our website on your phone, you won't be able to submit the form. When you click "Sign Up!" the button just greys out and nothing happens. The info also doesn't come through to us in our contacts. This happens on both Chrome and Safari. Any fix to this? The majority of our guests visit our website via mobile devices so this is important for us!

It sounds like a bug but it doesn't seem to be consistent across websites/sign up forms. Could we ask if your website was built on any particular platform like Wordpress, Wix, etc.?

Was the form a coded one you created in your Constant Contact account, created through an integration, or wholly separate from us then linked via API?
