Sign Up Form Page is Blank

Hello, I am new to Constant Contact. I have created a Sign Up mail through Constant Contact. I have placed the code on my html page between and and uploaded it to: However, when I type in that address in my browser (Google Chrome), I only get a blank page. I do not get any message that the page cannot be found, but it simply gives me a blank page. Even when I test it in the default browser in my html editing program, the page is blank. I do notice however that for a brief moment, the page appears to be black, but it remains white. Can anyone help me resolve this problem? Thank you. Gary

I wanted to mention something related to my original question.  I commented that the page was Blank, however, I see that if I put some text in the <Body>   </Body> section, that text Does appear on the Page.  So it seems that the problem is with the script that is generated for the form.  Perhaps I am putting the script in the wrong place?  In either case, I would like some help in resolving this problem.

Hello @GaryT725 ,

I'd advise reaching out to your webmaster or site builder's support team directly for assistance then, as we're unable to troubleshoot 3rd party integrated and other external systems.
