Sign Up Form

I have recently created a new sign form here in constantcontact for my website and I have bit of an issue. I was thinking of making constantcontact's sign up form as my websites registry but it doesn't have the "Password" field.

As shown in the image above, all of the field I needed are included in the form except for the "Password" & "Confirm Password". I also can't modify the embed code to add the field I want. 

If there's any way this can be modified or fixed, please share.

Hello @LynnM251. Thanks for coming into the Community! It looks like you were trying to another field to the sign up form that you created in your Constant Contact account. In order to add in a new field, the custom field has to be created first. Here is a link to our Help Center that shows you how to add a new custom field. Once the fields have been added, you can then go to your List Growth Tool and edit the sign-up form to include these fields. Hope this helps!
