Sign-Up Forms Blank

Hi- I am trying to access the text to sign-up option. The Help feature explains that this feature is accessed under the Sing-Up Forms, however, when I go to access this page it is completely blank. I have tried to exit and refresh, and still it is blank. Can anyone advise?

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Have you tried using another browser to see if it is not a browser-related issue? Also, could you provide a screenshot of the blank page that you are seeing? Are there any error messages that come alongside the blank page as well?

Thanks for quick response! On a different browser the forms do show. I am using a Mac with the latest operating system... this browser is the one that does not work correctly. If you have ideas regarding why, please let me know!

You are very welcome! And just to follow-up, you most likely have an add-on or extension that needs to be disabled in your primary web browser. Please refer to this article for details on how to disable it:

Constant Contact Works in One Web Browser and Not Another

Disabling one or more of these programs may resolve the issue and allow the sign-up form page to display properly.
