Sign ups?

Is there a way to create sign ups through Constant Contact?  I've used SignUpGenius in the past but right now our quilt guild doesn't have a paid membership.  I only use their paid membership because I do not want the advertisements.

I'd recommend going through this guide for all the different sign-up form options available directly through us. If you're using a site not compatible with outside javascript, then the landing page form can fulfill that need, or an applicable integration may exist. The guide will contain links to more specific instructions for each type of form, and from there how to install or share them depending on the type.
