So frustrated trying to edit text...

So very frustrated trying to edit text in Constant contact, when I want to edit the format of my text I struggle to open the formatting box. When I want to edit the text of my box I am struggling to get the darn formatting box down so that I can see what I'm typing. Does anyone have suggestions? It is incredible how frustrating these small little things are becoming.
