It looks like a recent glitch we've seen pop up, which are Devs are collecting info and working to address. Fortunately, it's easily resolved by simply having some kind of social post created - whether in draft or posted stage. As I was able to recreate the described issue in your account, I went ahead and made a blank draft to see if this would alleviate the issue for me, which it did. If you look in your account now, you should see that blank social draft in your Campaigns and Social tabs. If you navigate to the Accounts subtab of your Social tab, it should load up as expected now.
