Social Media Analytics


For a couple of months, the feedback/analytic section for all of our social media accounts hasn't been accurate. Should I disconnect & reconnect them? Does anyone have any advice?

Let me first say I am sorry that your social media analytics are not accurate. We are seeing this happening in other accounts as well and the engineering team is researching how to move forward.


In the meantime you can disconnect and reconnect the accounts, but we are not certain if that will fix the issue or not.


I am tracking this on your account and we will keep you in the loop via email with any new updates.
