Social Media Scheduled Posts

I keep trying to schedule social media posts for my emails but I keep getting an error message. it asks to retry but I just get the error message again. 

Everything is connected - I've checked multiple times. Why would I be getting this? Is there a way to fit it?

I see that one of your previously scheduled Facebook posts for a social share failed. I know you've checked the connection, but have you had a chance to try fully resetting the API permissions by:

  1. Disconnecting your Facebook account from us
  2. Disconnecting our app from your Facebook business account
  3. Reconnecting your Facebook account to us

There have been a lot of recent changes to the way that Facebook handles third party access and API permissions, and this tends to be the most common way to alleviate the issue.
