Why doesn't the social share feature work on Goggle, but works on MS Edge?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We have not received any reports of Social Share not working on every browser. If Google Chrome is not working you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Thanks!

I cleared the browser cache and it did not resolve the issue. The social share feature did not work. I have had this issue for the past two months when using Google Chrome. I never had the issue prior to that time.

Are you receiving an error message when trying to share on Google Chrome? if so, can you reply with a screenshot of that error?
