Reporting on a recent post of an email on social media pages is showing 0 shares. However, I know that there have been at least 5 that I'm aware of. At least 3 of those posted to users' pages at least 3 days ago. So, why include "shares" in the results if you can't actually report on them? If you CAN report on them and there's just something broken in my report, please let me know what I need to do to FIX it!
Hi @TeraA ,
I spoke with my technical department, and the number of shares on social posts should absolutely be reporting, so if they are not, we would want to investigate it further. Would you mind taking screenshots of the 3-5 posts that were shared and sending them to us at social_support@constantcontact.com so that we can troubleshoot this a bit further?
