Social Sharing

When I tried to share my latest newsletter to social, the quality of the photo I uploaded was really really bad. I tried uploading a new, cropped photo hoping a re-size would help, and still the same problem. I had to share to social outside of constant contact because the quality was so bad, but now I can't track my data. Your link also won't allow for me to track with an outside source like bitly or tinyurl. Both of these photos were created with canva so I don't know what the problem is. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Hello @MHYC ,

Was the image of normal quality when included in the email? Does compressing the image at all prior to uploading and including in your social post improve the quality? Was the poor quality reflected across all your social platforms, or just one in particular?
