Some Problems when get started with my accounts

I upgrade my constantcontact accounts last week, but it occurs 3 problems when I get started with my accounts.

 

1. I am not able to send an email after I upload my contactors, my account gets flagged for a List Review, and need to contact one of your List Review Specialists to fix the problem. This situation has been seriously disrupted my marketing plan.

2. I can't remove the "constantcontact" Logo footer from my email, FAQ shows I need to give a call to your staff to handle it, so unbelievable and unreasonable!

3. And your merge tags are only available for constantcontact pro users, which was not stated beforehand.

 

Who can solve these problems? If I paid the bill but unavailable to my account function, can I apply to return the money to my paid accounts?

  1. You'll need to speak with our Review team over the phone to securely discuss your account status. Reviews are an important part of our business, as it helps mitigate spam and scam accounts, ensure compliant emailing, and to safeguard sending reputations for you, our other customers, and for our company as a whole.

    If for whatever reason you're unable to call in or stay on the line, we can get a ticket submitted for a callback. Please be aware this ticket has a 24-business hour turnaround, depending on the size of their case and call queues.
  2. I got our logo removed from your account's footer. You should see this reflected in all emails you're working on. This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will.
  3. We have a multitude of merge tag articles available in our Knowledge Base that you're welcome to peruse at any time. If you have any further questions regarding upgrading to Pro, please call our general support line.
