I am looking to add a sorting tag to emails that I create outside of a campaign so that they would appear in a "folder" or search when searched for that "tag". I know tags can be added to contacts and that's the resource support sent me. But that isn't solving the sorting issue for the emails. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for reaching out about your email campaigns. I can understand how important it is to easily organize your campaigns. However at this time our system does not offer the ability to add tags on a campaign. A workaround I would suggest is creating sub-folders in the current campaign folders you have. In the meantime we have tracked your feedback on being able to tag campaigns to the appropriate teams as this is a great feature request.
