I am using the Next-Generation Editor, and it does not have the Spam Check feature. What happened to that?
It needs to be place back, preferably with the Preview function.
For example, if they are looking at the Preview of the email. having the Spam Score listed on right side just below the "Send a Test Email" button would be perfect. And if it is above a threshold, it can show Yellow or Red.
Please bring this back
I am frustrated to have to dig for this question.
My wife uses CC for her school and her interface is different than my recent paid account, and she has "spam check" as part of her interface.
My CC account does not, and I cannot find anything up front and visible on any FAQ or discussion about this.
Can anyone please tell me why I don't have spam check, what I need to get it, and why doesn't cc put this on their faq.
I apologize for the frustration finding this answer has caused you. It sounds like your wife is using our older, 2GE editor. You are using our new, 3GE editor. The 3GE editor does not currently have the Spam Check feature though we are collecting feedback about re-introducing this to the new editor and I would be happy to share this with our product teams.
Additionally, I apologize if it is not reflected in our current FAQ articles. I will let the team responsible for those articles know this information is missing.
Hello @ThomasB622. You are correct. At this time, our next-generation editor does not have a spam check feature. The feedback you provided, especially where you think this feature could be located, is really great and I will submit this to our product team. In the meantime, here are a few FAQs that provide some more information about how you can avoid your email triggering a spam filter:
