I have customers and staff that seem to repeatedly receive our monthly newsletter email in their Spam or Junk folders. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Thank you!

Hello! This helped me somewhat, and I read the helpful articles I will re-read through them, however in our newsletter we like to include pictures and links to websites that have more information, which seem to send the newsletter into spam folders. I am not sure how to avoid the spam folder problem and still include photos and links.
