One of our alumnae sent in the following critique. How do I respond? Constant Contact is used by a LOT of spammers. Which means the IP address your emails are coming from are probably flagged by most email providers (gmail, outlook, hotmail, etc). That means huge chunks of your list may not be getting your emails at all because it's going straight to spam.

Hello @rozparr11. I see that you also chatted with one of our Support agents and asked this question as well. If you think that your email might be getting flagged as spam, we recommending turning on Authentication. Turning this on allows you to personalize the domain with which we sign your mail. This makes you more recognizable to your contacts so that you can build trust in regards to sending your emails. If you have any further questions on Authentication, you can reach out to our Deliverability team at 866-433-8499 and they are available 7am-11pm Monday through Thursday and 7am-9pm Friday.
