Specifying a contact list for a survey

Is it possible to specify a contact list (folder) for a survey?


I didn't see a prompt to do so and my survey went out to everybody, which I did not want.

When you create a survey invitation, you're supposed to select a list for the invitation to go to. It will bring up all applicable lists (lists with contacts in them) on that selection page. Once a list or lists has been selected, you are then allowed to schedule the email invite.
