Hello @CarynW. I apologize for the experience that you have had while creating campaigns in your account. Sometimes we see slower speeds as a result of a browser issue. Did you try using a different browser to access your account and create emails? Here is a list of the different browsers that Constant Contact is compatible with. Also, it's possible that an extension or plugin on your browser might be affecting your editing experience. For this, we suggest logging into your account using an incognito or private window.
Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of 2mbps. I recommend searching for a website that can run a speedtest and see what your upload and download speed is. Let us know if you have any more questions!
